Shipping information

HB-DIGITAL GmbH delivers in Germany and all EU and EEA countries. The delivery costs and recipient countries are listed in the table below. If your country is not listed in our table, please send us an enquiry using the contact form so that we can organise a delivery.

Delivery is carried out by our logistics partners DHL, GLS and DPD. In some cases, parcels may be delivered by FedEx due to the nature of the destination address or the contents of the order.

For bulky goods and items weighing more than 31.5 kg, our company offers a forwarding service. The goods are delivered on a one-way pallet or Euro pallet.

If you have any further questions about shipping and delivery, you can reach us Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 16:00 (except public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia - Germany).

As soon as your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive a tracking number for your order and a delivery confirmation by email. This allows you to check the status of your delivery online via the tracking portal.
