Shipping information

HB-DIGITAL GmbH ships to Germany and all EU and EEA countries. Shipping costs and destination countries are listed in the table below. If your country is not listed in our table, please send us an inquiry via the contact form so we can arrange the delivery.

Delivery is carried out by our logistics partners DHL, GLS, and DPD. In some cases, packages may be delivered via FedEx depending on the nature of the destination address or the order content.

For bulky goods and items weighing more than 31.5 kg, our company offers freight forwarding. The goods will be delivered on a non-returnable pallet or a Euro pallet.

For orders paid by 2:00 PM, shipping takes place on the same business day from Monday to Friday; after 2:00 PM, shipping takes place on the next business day.

If you have any further questions regarding shipping and delivery, you can reach us Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (except public holidays in NRW).

• Next-day delivery from Mon.-Thu., for orders placed by 2:00 PM.
• Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
• Please provide your telephone number so that the delivery service can contact you to arrange a delivery date.
• For deliveries to remote areas, an additional fee of 11.90 € will be charged.

As soon as your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive a tracking number for your order and a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This allows you to check the status of your delivery online via the tracking portal.
