Fuba OSM 100 Diplexer – Combine DVB-T & DVB-S on a Single Cable
The Fuba OSM 100 is a diplexer for combining or separating terrestrial antenna signal (DVB-T) and satellite signal (DVB-S) on a single coaxial cable. Both signal types can be carried to the receiving device over one line, or cleanly split apart again at the other end – ideal for retrofitting existing installations without additional wiring.
The rugged die-cast housing provides mechanical stability and reliable shielding. Through-attenuation is only 3dB on the terrestrial side and 4dB on the satellite side, while an isolation of at least 20dB between the satellite and terrestrial paths prevents mutual interference. The diplexer is return-channel capable, making it suitable for interactive satellite systems as well.
On the satellite connection, the OSM 100 features a DC pass-through from the output to the satellite IF input, so the LNB supply voltage is passed through without any additional component. Connections are made via standard F-type sockets.
