LWL outdoor connector LC/APC Duplex IP68 with dust cap and 1x cable gland
This LWL outdoor connector is designed for reliable fibre-optic connections outdoors and in industrial environments. It is suitable for LC/APC Duplex plug connectors and enables a protected connection solution in installations where plug connections must be protected against dust, moisture and mechanical influences.
Inside, there is an integrated LC/APC Duplex adapter with ceramic sleeve that enables a stable and precise connection. On one side, the connector is fitted with a cable gland that ensures a secure seal for fibre-optic cables with a diameter of 1.0 to 3.5 mm.
Thanks to protection class IP68, the connector is completely dust- and waterproof and thus suitable for demanding outdoor applications. The connector can be attached to a housing or a mounting plate and is ideally suited to fibre-optic distributors, outdoor housings, handover points or industrial network installations.
The robust housing is made of resistant PA66 plastic and is designed for permanent use in demanding environments.
