The D-Link DGS-1210-28MP/E is a smart managed Gigabit PoE+ switch with 28 ports for 19-inch rack mounting. The smart switches of the DGS-1210 series are the latest generation of D-Link smart switches. With their versatile management options, they enable fast deployment and expansion of the network infrastructure as well as seamless feature upgrades.
The DGS-1210-28MP/E offers 24 Gigabit ports with PoE+ plus 4 SFP ports. The PoE ports supply devices such as Wi-Fi access points, IP cameras and VoIP phones with data and power at the same time – over a single network cable. Separate power adapters and extra sockets at the installation site are no longer needed.
Function
All 24 PoE ports support PoE+ according to IEEE 802.3at (up to 30 W per port per the standard). The total PoE budget is 370 watts – enough to run larger numbers of demanding devices such as Wi-Fi access points and PTZ cameras.
