Fuba DSP 050 Roof Rafter Mount for Plain Tile Roofs – Cranked 1300mm Mast Tube
The Fuba DSP 050 is a roof rafter mount developed specifically for plain tile (beaver tail) roofs. With this type of tile the roof pitch is usually steeper and the tiles overlap more closely – a standard mount quickly hits the batten above. That is why the mast tube is cranked at the fixing clamp: the mast protrudes slightly further out of the roof and stays clear.
The bearing surface is matched to the plain tile roof as well. The notched lateral support legs fit between the narrow batten spacings typical of plain tile roofing, and three screw points on each side ensure secure fixing. The extendable telescopic tube covers rafter spacings of 520...850mm, and the inclination is infinitely adjustable for any roof pitch – limited only by the cover plate.
The mast tube measures 1300mm at Ø48mm with a wall thickness of 2.5mm, making it considerably longer than on standard roof rafter mounts – matched to the greater tile overlap. The mount carries satellite dishes up to Ø100cm. The high-quality hot-dip galvanisation protects against corrosion in continuous outdoor use, and a grounding screw and mast cap are already included.
