LWL outdoor connector SC/APC Duplex IP68 with dust cap without cable gland
This LWL outdoor connector is designed for use in fibre-optic installations outdoors as well as in industrial environments. It is suitable for SC/APC Duplex plug connections and enables a protected coupling solution for applications where fibre-optic connections must be reliably protected against dust, moisture and mechanical influences.
The connector has an integrated SC/APC Duplex adapter with ceramic sleeve that ensures a precise and stable connection. The screw closure with dust cap protects the connection socket when not in use and ensures that the plug connection also works reliably under demanding environmental conditions.
Thanks to protection class IP68, the connector is completely dust- and waterproof and is ideally suited to outdoor housings, fibre-optic distributors, handover points or industrial network installations. The robust housing made of resistant PA66 plastic offers a durable and stable construction.
