CAT 7 Network Cable – 2 different cables in one variation: Outdoor or Direct-Burial Cable
Important: In this variation you can choose between two different CAT 7 cable types depending on the installation location:
- Variant A: CAT 7 Outdoor network cable – for outdoor use (UV-, weather- and moisture-protected)
- Variant B: CAT 7 direct-burial cable – for direct installation in the ground / between buildings (robust outer jacket for long-term use in soil)
Both variants are professional installation cables (solid conductors) for stable high-speed networks and support up to 10 Gbit/s. They are backward compatible with CAT 6a / CAT 6 / CAT 5e / CAT 5 and suitable for IEEE 802.3, 10/100/1000Base-T, 10GBase-T as well as PoE / PoE+ / PoE++.
Installation note: rigid installation cable for LSA terminations. For maximum performance, we recommend compatible LSA RJ45 plugs, Keystone modules, or LSA couplers.

Variant differences (key for selection)
- Variant A – Outdoor: outer jacket PE, UV resistant, weather- and moisture-protected (for outdoor routing, e.g., on facades, in gardens, in protective conduits, etc.)
- Variant B – Direct-burial cable: outer jacket LLDPE, UV and moisture resistant (for direct burial / long-term use in soil; in rocky soil or where mechanical pressure may occur, we recommend using a protective conduit)
