General Information: This CAT 7 Duplex network cable was developed for structured network cabling in buildings. With a data frequency of up to 1000 MHz and transmission rates of up to 10 Gbit/s, this installation cable is ideal for modern Gigabit and 10-Gigabit networks. The cable has an outer diameter of approx. Ø 7.2 mm x2 (2x8 cores) and is equipped with a halogen-free LSZH jacket, which is particularly used in buildings with increased fire protection requirements. Thanks to fire class Class Eca, the cable meets basic European requirements according to CPR guidelines.

Function: The CAT 7 Duplex installation cable features four twisted pairs per line (2x 4x2x AWG23) and high-quality S/FTP shielding. Foil shielding for each individual pair (PiMF) protects against interference, while an additional overall shield made of copper braiding protects the entire cable from electromagnetic interference. This double shielding ensures stable data transmission even in environments with many electrical devices or parallel cable routing.
